Ingredients:
- 400g of spaghetti
- 1 avocado
- juice of half a lime
- two handfuls of pistachios
- 20 basil leaves
- olive oil
- black pepper
Preparation:
- Put the water for the pasta on to boil
- Blend the pistachios, add the lime juice, basil, avocado, black pepper and olive oil. Blend everything well until you get a smooth mixture.
- Cook the pasta, drain, mix the spaghetti with the pesto and serve.

Chicken and avocado: recipes
Do you prefer a second course, perhaps fresh, to eat during your lunch break on work days? Then all you have to do is get two ingredients: chicken breast and avocado, adding whatever you like to taste. Here's an idea:
Chicken, avocado and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast
- 1 avocado
- a handful of black olives
- cherry tomatoes to taste
- black pepper
- half a red onion
- oil and salt
Preparation
- Grill the chicken breast, salt and cut into pieces
- Place the washed and chopped cherry tomatoes, olives, peeled and diced avocado, and sliced onion in a bowl. Add oil and salt.
- Add the chicken breast, mix everything and serve.
