AVOCADO CHICKEN: INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE THE SALAD.
To prepare avocado chicken you need to get the list of ingredients that we propose below, but if you do not like something you can replace it with something else or add what you like. Here is what you need:
- 1 avocado
- 500 g chicken breast
- 30 g of pine nuts
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- a pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- a handful of black olives
- lemon juice to taste
CHICKEN BREAST AND AVOCADO SALAD: PREPARATION
Well, now that you have all the ingredients on your work surface, all you have to do is get to work! Here's the procedure to follow:
- Dilute the two teaspoons of mustard in 3 tablespoons of oil.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and brown in a pan, adding salt and pepper.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel and dice.
- Toast the pine nuts in the oven at 200° or in a pan.
- Now you have to combine all the ingredients: put the chicken in a salad bowl, add the pine nuts, olives and avocado. Season with the mustard sauce and serve.
