Organic citrus fruits: 8 kg of Tarocco oranges, 6 kg of Tardivi di Ciaculli mandarins and 1 kg of lemons.
Extra virgin olive oil (0.75 liter bottle) : obtained by mechanical processes and cold extraction. It is a cuvee made up of different varieties of organic olives of our production. The olives of the “Geracese” variety give our oil delicacy and roundness, the “Carolea” variety adds herbaceous hints, while the “Nocellare” variety contributes a more fruity and slightly spicy aroma.
