Ingredients
• 100 g smoked salmon
• 1 avocado
• 1 bunch of rocket
• lettuce heart
• steamed asparagus
• 5 cherry tomatoes
• olive oil
• lemon juice
• salt and pepper
Preparation
Wash the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and rocket and cut into small pieces. Place in a bowl with the steamed asparagus. Wash the avocado, peel it, remove the stone and cut into cubes. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Mix and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil.

• 400 g of shrimps
• 200 g of canned corn
• 1 ripe avocado
• 200 g of radicchio
• 200 grams of mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons of ketchup
• 3 tablespoons of fresh whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon of brandy
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 lemon
• salt
Preparation
1. Put the mayonnaise in a bowl, add the ketchup, brandy, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt. Whip the cream separately and add it to the mixture. Leave to rest in the fridge.
2. Boil the shrimp for about 2 minutes, drain and place them in a salad bowl together with the drained corn.
3. Squeeze the lemon and put the juice in a bowl. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut the pulp into cubes. Put the avocado cubes in the lemon juice.
4. Clean the radicchio, cut it into strips, wash it and add it to the shrimp and corn. Add the avocado drained from the lemon. Mix and serve with the prepared sauce.
