AVOCADO AND CHOCOLATE CAKE: INGREDIENTS
To prepare the avocado and chocolate cake you only need these ingredients:
- 300 g of type 00 flour
- 180 g of sugar
- 40 g coconut milk or almond milk
- 40 g of liqueur
- 100 g avocado pulp
- 1 sachet of vanilla yeast
- 300 g of water
- 50 g of bitter cocoa

Once you have all the ingredients, here's what you need to prepare the cake:
- a small saucepan
- a sieve
- whisk or beater
- blender
- cake pan
- baking paper
AVOCADO AND CHOCOLATE CAKE: HOW TO PREPARE IT
We have everything we need to prepare our chocolate avocado cake! Now let's follow these few simple steps:
- Melt the cocoa with the almond milk, coconut milk or liqueur, being careful not to leave lumps.
- Sift the flour, yeast and sugar.
- Blend the avocado pulp and add it to the mixture with the cocoa.
- Combine the mixture you just made with sifted flour, yeast and sugar, adding water and, if necessary, a little more milk. If you want, you can also add dark chocolate chips or coconut flour.
- Mix with a whisk until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a cake pan or mold lined with baking paper and bake at 170° for approximately 45 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
