whole wheat bread
1 avocado
half a lime
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Preparation
Peel the avocado, remove the stone and mash it in a bowl. Add the oil, salt, pepper and juice of half a lime. Toast the bread, spread the avocado cream and sprinkle with a handful of fresh pepper.

A quick-to-prepare salmon avocado toast makes a quick lunch or a really tasty snack. Here's the recipe!

Ingredients
100g smoked salmon
half an avocado
4 slices of bread
a pinch of salt
half a lemon

Preparation
Wash, pit and mash the avocado with a fork. Add the juice and grated lemon peel, add a pinch of salt. Toast the bread, spread the mixture and add a slice of smoked salmon.

Avocado Egg Toast

If you need a boost of energy, a nice toast with avocado and egg is what you need: to eat for breakfast, as a snack or a quick lunch... Here's how to prepare it!

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 slices of toasted 5-grain bread
2 fresh eggs
a handful of toasted mixed seeds
valerian leaves
lemon juice
olive oil

Preparation
Wash, peel and stone the avocado. Cut into thin slices. Add salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Toast the bread and place the avocado slices on top along with the valerian leaves. Poach the egg: put a little water in a saucepan, bring to the boil and place the egg. Season with oil, salt and pepper and place the egg on the slice of bread with the avocado. Sprinkle with the toasted mixed seeds.
